Late Mrs. Pratim N Raut
Our Cornerstone and guiding light has been Late Mrs Pratim Raut. A people's person, who has touched numerous lives in so many good ways. We live by her primary message, " Be Ambitious, Ethical and Kind-hearted, Spread happiness and help others without any expectations."
Mr. N Z Raut
A retired banking professional, Mr. N Z Raut has been the guiding light for the founding of Bolin Group of companies. He consults on the Finance and Accounting of the group and his rich experience in banking is a boon to the closely held group.

Upkar Raut
Upkar is the co-founder and Managing Partner for Bolin Group.
Previously, he has led Business Development Roles at a few MNCs among which were also some Fortune 500 manufacturing companies.
Upkar is seasoned techno-commercial professional having spent his career in Infrastructure and Construction industry. He is known as a turnaround agent for some well-versed businesses in India like High-Grade alloy steel for Infrastructure applications, Fibres in Concrete, Pre-Engineered buildings etc.
An MBA from Bhavan's S. P. Jain, Mumbai, Civil engineer from VNIT, Nagpur and a Chartered Engineer- India, Upkar is an avid traveller, foodie, and a social person. In his leisure time, he likes to spend time with his friends, trying his hand on painting, reading and writing. He is married and has a Son.
